We are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14659741, registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. This policy covers our education programmes (including The Property Accelerator, Profit On Your Terms and The Funding Engine), our websites and members areas, our email lists, and our webinars and live sessions.

We use carefully chosen service providers to run our business. They process your data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. Our main providers are:

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement and standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your personal data. We will disclose personal data where the law requires it.

You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by contacting us. Service emails about something you have bought will still be sent, because we need them to deliver what you paid for.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Our websites and members areas use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to make them work, such as keeping you logged in to a members area. Where any site uses analytics, the data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it.
