4. Who we share it with
We use carefully chosen service providers to run our business. They process your data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. Our main providers are:
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Supabase, for members area accounts and course data

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal data. We will disclose personal data where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Programme and account records: for as long as you have programme access, and for up to 6 years afterwards, in line with legal and accounting requirements and so we can deal with any questions or claims.
- Payment and tax records: at least 6 years, as required by law.
- Marketing list data: until you unsubscribe or we remove inactive contacts.
- Session recordings: for as long as the relevant programme content remains available to participants.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete data we no longer need; object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing; and receive certain data in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email adam@adamslee.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by contacting us. Service emails about something you have bought will still be sent, because we need them to deliver what you paid for.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our websites and members areas use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to make them work, such as keeping you logged in to a members area. Where any site uses analytics, the data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be at this address, and we will tell you by email about any change that significantly affects you.
